Belgian waffles
2 eggs 2 cups flour 1/2 cup oil OR 1 stick butter/margarine (melted) 1 3/4 cups milk 2 Tbsp. brown sugar 4 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. salt
Beat eggs until fluffy, beat in remaining ingredients until just until smooth. Use about 2/3 cup batter for 2 waffles, freeze cooled waffled and warm in toaster.
